Breadth vs depth
ELSA is a complete English course. If your goal is to speak English more fluently overall, or to pass an exam, its range of lessons, role-plays and grammar practice is hard to beat, and its huge number of ratings shows how many learners use it.
Accent Lab is narrower on purpose. Every sentence, score and tip is about sounding British: the silent R, the long bath vowel, crisp Ts and RP melody. If you already speak English well and the thing holding you back is your accent, a specialist tool keeps every minute of practice on that.
British accent support
ELSA offers a British option among several accents. Accent Lab is built around one model, Received Pronunciation, so its feedback always tells you how far you are from RP specifically. Read British vs American accent for the differences both apps listen for.

Does ELSA Speak teach a British accent?
ELSA's App Store description lists accent choices including American, British and Australian. Its lessons cover general English as well as pronunciation, so British pronunciation is one option within a much larger course.
Is Accent Lab an ELSA Speak alternative?
For British pronunciation specifically, yes. Accent Lab only teaches Received Pronunciation and scores every sentence against it. If you also want grammar, vocabulary or IELTS and TOEFL preparation, ELSA covers far more ground.
